  • By the Client: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of a decided percentage depending on the case or a fixed amount.
  • By gharbanegaeasy.com: In rare circumstances, gharbanegaeasy.com may need to cancel a scheduled service. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.
