Any of the missing/unmentioned specifications will be of additional cost
Interior design shall be conducted as mentioned in the agreement for contract upon sizes/ materials
Railing with teak wood of Rs 2200/cft will be of additional cost

Lift concrete wall be charged extra (if any)
Double matt and strap beam for eccentric footings will be charged extra
Footings and column provision for additional floor will be charged extra
Additional charges will apply if Soil bearing capacity(SBC)<160
Site related extra charges:
Rainwater sump, Percolation pit and site cleaning will be charged extra
Excavation will be charged extra when associated with water/loose soil/stone
